Terms of Service

Last updated: July 27, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SlackInvoice (“the service”, “we”, “our”), a Slack application operated by searchplusplus.jp. By installing or using SlackInvoice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the service.

1. The service

SlackInvoice helps teams create and manage Stripe invoices from Slack using natural language. The service connects to your own Stripe account using credentials you provide. SlackInvoice is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Slack Technologies, LLC or Stripe, Inc.

2. Eligibility & authorization

3. Your Stripe account

You provide your own Stripe secret API key. You remain responsible for all activity in your Stripe account, including invoices created, sent, or voided through SlackInvoice. We store your key encrypted at rest and use it only to perform actions you request. We do not process or hold customer payments — payments are handled entirely by Stripe under your Stripe account terms.

4. AI-generated responses

SlackInvoice uses a large language model to interpret messages and format replies. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify invoice amounts, customer details, and payment status in Stripe before acting on financial decisions. We are not liable for errors resulting from AI-generated content or misinterpreted requests.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Pricing

SlackInvoice is free during early access. All features are included at no charge from us while we refine the product. Paid plans may be introduced later; a free tier will remain available and existing workspaces will be notified in advance. Stripe’s own fees for payment processing apply separately under your agreement with Stripe.

7. Availability & changes

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

8. Privacy & email contact

Our collection and use of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you install SlackInvoice or connect Stripe as a workspace admin, you consent to us storing your Slack profile email (when available) and contacting you by email for operational purposes only — such as support, security alerts, and service or pricing updates. We do not use your email for marketing without separate opt-in.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that invoice or payment data will always be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or USD $0 during free early access).

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling SlackInvoice from your Slack workspace and disconnecting Stripe in App Home. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
